Who We Are

ADCOR International Limited, incorporated in 2012, is a part of ADN Group, a renowned technology and consulting conglomerate of Bangladesh with 500+ employees and 800+ corporate customers at home and abroad. We are a group of highly experienced professionals, who, together, saw a dream of creating novel initiatives to provide consulting/advisory services to the Government, Public and Private sectors.

We are focused primarily on Management Consulting and Advisory Services and brings more than 100 years of cumulative experience from its promoters in the industry including experiences in Big 4 Consulting Firms.

We work closely with clients to adopt a transformational approach aimed at benefiting all stakeholders – empowering organizations to grow, build sustainable competitive advantage and drive positive societal impact. We are collaborating and partnering with leading global consulting and specialized advisory firms to provide value-added services to Government clients.

Our diverse team comprises of a perfect balance of successful entrepreneurs and, leaders from industry and global consulting firms. We, along with our global partners, are passionate about unlocking potential and making change happen, delivering integrated solutions through leading-edge management consulting, technology and design, and corporate and digital ventures.

At ADCOR, our purpose of existence and excelling in the business supports our commitment for corporate responsibility. We recognize and are aware of the impact we have on the environment and communities in which we operate.

We have a clean-desk policy for our employees and use electronic delivery of memos and documents as well as emails and messenger as our sole mode of communication, both internal and external, unless there is a specific business need. We strive to work in a paperless environment and encourage our employees to identify quick-win opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of our activities and offices. We have in place internal reward and recognition for the same.

We strive to contribute to the prosperity of the communities in which we operate. To this effect, we encourage our different team to connect with their local, professional communities and contribute positively towards a clean, green, healthy and educated society. We have come up with a policy to support this through sponsorships or charity donations, and the decision on how these are allocated will be driven by our respective teams.
